Easy Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

What is better than a two-ingredient frosting? Absolutely NOTHING! Wanna hear more? NO MIXER required. BOOM! Yes, we know we just blew your minds, ours as well.

Covers: 1 x 3-layer, 6-inch round cakes

Prep time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 tub (227g) Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese; room temperature

  • 170g cool whip; room temperature

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, add the whipped cream cheese. Fold in the cool whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy – about 2 minutes.

*NOTE: if using a hand mixer, use the whisk attachment and whip for about 1 minute on medium speed*
