SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are made fresh and are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated during the process of your order.
Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan: Shipping costs are based on total order value. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited shipping.
For your convenience we offer, $10 flat-rate shipping on orders over $54, and Free shipping for orders over $100.
Toronto: We offer $7 flat-rate local delivery to residences in specific areas in Toronto. Delivery is done on Saturdays only, before 9pm EST. This service is FREE for orders over $100.
Saturday delivery service has an ordering deadline of 11pm Thursday.

Rest of Canada: Shipping cost is calculated by the size & weight of your order as well as your location (postal code). All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited shipping.
In order to receive a proper shipping calculation, please be sure to provide us with a complete shipping address when you register for your account.

TRACKING NUMBERS
All orders are assigned a Canada Post tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email, you will be able to track the progress of your shipment on Canada Post's website (www.CanadaPost.ca).
RETURNS
We do not accept returns of damaged packages in any circumstances as the items that we sell are food items and cannot be resold. However, we will replace the damaged items in a package if the damage was caused by Canada Post or and supporting documentation is provided. Items in the package that are not damaged will not be replaced.
